airlines within 72 hrs. prior to departure (schedule
changes may occur).
• Use golf club carrying cases to transport
golf equipment safely

and photo ID at least 2 hrs. (domestic) and 3 hrs.
(international) prior to departure (subject to change
due to security measures). Please obtain up to the
minute check-in requirements when confirming flights.
• Boarding passes are no longer issued by
the airline, because airport check-in is required.
• If the airline loses your luggage, please
see the lost luggage counter in the airport.
• If any luggage is damaged, please see the
customer service counter in the airport.
• If you think you will miss a tee-time due
to a flight delay or cancellation please call the

to show a valid driver’s license and a major
credit card.
• If you are picking up your vehicle in one
location and dropping it off in a different location,
a drop fee may be charged upon return of the vehicle.
• You are responsible for all car rental
taxes and surcharges.
• Most taxes range between $40 - $70 per
vehicle per trip depending on destination.
• Rental Car Insurance is optional.

• If you are dissatisfied with any aspect
of your accommodations, first contact the Hotel
Manager on Duty.
• If you are not satisfied with their response,
then contact the Hotel General Manager.
• If they do not assist you, than please
feel free to contact us!
• A credit card is normally required for
hotel incidentals (i.e. food, phone calls, and movies).
